Scottie began working with the company while attending Jones County Junior College in 1989 working after school and on weekends. He started out as a laborer while learning how to operate equipment and drive a truck. After learning the construction side of the business he soon began learning the administrative and management side of the business, to where he is now making all executive decision and overseeing all bids and project management.
Bryan began working for the company out of high school in 1992, he also started has a laborer learning how to operate equipment and drive a truck. After becoming a skilled equipment operator and truck driver he began learning the administrative and management side of the trucking business. Now is overseeing all the trucking and equipment operations and manages all personnel matters.
Brenda has been with the company since its conception as co-owner. She has been vital to the growth of the business by taking on the roles of administrative assistant to office manager in the early years of the business. Now she uses that experience to manage all the office operations and take on her role as Secretary/Treasurer.
Tom was hired in 2008 as a part-time Foreman working with our crews in completing punch list items on our projects, in 2009 was promoted to Dispatch/Accounts Receivable. He had previously for a local poultry processing plant; there he was sales manager for 3 years and plant manager for 22 years before retiring after 25 years of service.
Rhonda was hired in 1998 as a Payroll Clerk and has taken on various different roles during her time with us and has settled into her position as our Account Payable/Payroll Clerk.
B.S., Construction Engineering Technology from University of Southern Mississippi
Graduated in 1999 and began working with a General Contractor as a Estimator/Project Manager worked there for 3 ½ years, then worked for a Road & Bridge Contractor as a Estimator/Project Manager for a 1 ½ years, before coming to us in 2004.
B.S., Mechanical Engineering Technology from University of Southern Mississippi
Graduated in 2002 and began working for MDOT as a Engineer Technician worked there for 1 year, then moved to large General Contractor as a Field/Project Engineer for 1 year, from there he went to a Metal Fabrication Plant as a Process/Product Engineer, before being hired by us in 2008.
